Application for Canada-Mathare Education (CME)Trust Scholarship Opened For 2022 KCPE Candidates

CME Trust Scholarship

The Canada-Mathare (CME) Trust Scholarship just like other scholarships is for students who come from low-income backgrounds. They are given a dynamic scholarship and leadership program.

The deadline for applications for the scholarship program has been set for the 1st of April this year (2022).

Criteria for Eligibility

In order to qualify for the scholarship, you have to meet the following requirements.

  • Be a Mathare Slums resident
  • Achieve 345 marks and above in the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examination.
  • Show a clear financial need
  • Must have sat for your KCPE examination in Mathare Slums.
  • Leadership and commitment to service.
  • Ability to live away from home.
