Our Recruitment Process
For Jobs & Internships
Intro Call
In the first phase of the recruitment process, we really want to get to know you as a person – your background, personal and professional interests. It is an opportunity for both you and ALU to assess whether there is a mutual interest and potential cultural fit.
Assignment
You will be asked to complete an assignment that we use to give you a better idea of the kind of role you would be in, simulating real work conditions, allowing you to explore your strengths and weaknesses, helping us evaluate whether you will enjoy the job and have the skills we need.
Assignment Review
Once you have completed your assignment, the team evaluates the assignment and follows up with another call. During this time you talk us through your assignment and thought process.
Manager Call
At this stage you engage in a one on one discussion with the manager of the team you are being recruited into. This is your opportunity to ask any questions about the roles of this particular team and get to know more about the mission of the team and how it ties to the organisational goals.
