Semester 2 2020/2021 (January to April 2021)
The university Senate in its meeting held on 2nd December 2020 resolved as follows:
- That all undergraduate first years will take classes face to face in campus, with strict adherence to Covid-19 guidelines. Compulsory orientation for all first years will be on 4th to 8th January 2021 Karen campus.
- That all the other students will continue to learn remotely
- The students going for attachment and long holidays will receive guidance from their schools
- Special and Supplementary examinations will be offered to qualified students as guided by the Examinations Office from 11th to 15th January 2021
- First year students intending to stay within campus will be required to apply for singles accommodation, given on first come, first served basis. Fill out the Housing Application Form and send it to: Mary Omollo
- A house deposit of Ksh 4,000 is to be submitted with the housing application form (and is refundable on exit from campus accommodation).
- The semester housing charges (Ksh 16,000) is to be paid with Semester 2 fees at the beginning of the semester in January 2021
