4G Capital is a fintech providing ethical credit services to those who require it most. We provide rapidly accessible and affordable unsecured loans with strict affordability criteria to prevent unmanageable debt. Our customers are mainly small businesses and entrepreneurs who use our credit to grow their businesses and provide for the unforeseen.
The Relationship Manager will be tasked with ensuring that KUZA/4GC maintains a cordial working relationship with all its distributors across the country and that there is a constant flow of communication between the two parties.The position will involve extensive travelling across Kenya and applicants must be willing and have the flexibility to accommodate this.
Responsibilities
Visiting various distributors across the country for monthly or quarterly check-ins
- Conducting sales representative trainings for new distributors
- Conducting refresher trainings for existing distributors
- Developing and improving training content for the initial onboarding training and the refresher training
- Ensuring that the customer database is constantly updated
- Making 4GC informed of any changes within the distributor that would affect the working relationship between the two parties
- Keeping 4GC apprised on any concerns or challenges that a distributor is having with the KUZA product
- Giving recommendations on product improvement, in line with any new developments or market intel
- Gathering actionable market intel and relaying it to 4GC in good time
- Sharing monthly reports with distributors on product performance
- Sharing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to 4GC on status of the relationships with partners with clear action points
Job Requirements
Required education: Bachelor’s degree
Required relevant work experience: 3 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
