Job Summary
4G Capital is a fintech providing ethical credit services to those who require it most. We provide rapidly accessible and affordable unsecured loans with strict affordability criteria to prevent unmanageable debt. Our customers are mainly small businesses and entrepreneurs who use our credit to grow their businesses and provide for the unforeseen.
The Content Creator responsibilities include producing marketing material to advertise our products, creating content for staff and customer training and promoting our content on social media. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business. The person will ensure 4G
Capital reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online content about our work, products, and impact. Please share samples of your work(portfolio or links to published articles) along with your application.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, journalist or similar role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills (in English).
- Portfolio of published articles.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress).
- Portfolio of digital content i.e. social media, blogging, vlogging etc.
- Strong time-management and refined communication skills.
- BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field.
- A creative flare and a passion for financial inclusion !
Responsibilities
- Monitor and regular reporting on industry-related topics and trends in core and new markets.
- Create and distribute marketing material to advertise our company, products & impact on social media.
- Manage the 4G Capital website. Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates).
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares).
- Build and manage the 4G Capital blog. Interview industry professionals and customers and capture their views in blog posts and other publications.
- Collect and distribute customer success stories, photographs and videos. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate pieces.
- Create and manage the design and structure of internal staff trainings (induction and refresher) including videos, audios, surveys, quizzes etc.
- Create and maintain the design and structure of App based financial literacy and enterprise training digital modules for our customers.
- Coordinate with the Customer Success Team to produce the quarterly company impact report.
Job Requirements
Required education: Bachelor’s degree
Required relevant work experience: 2 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
