2ND Deans of Schools of Education Consultative Forum 2019
University of Embu in conjunction with CERM-ESA-Moi University will be holding the 2nd Deans of schools of education consultative forum on the 4th and the 5th of December, 2019 at the CERM-ESA Auditorium, Moi University, main Campus. Deans of Schools of Education from both public and private Kenyan Universities will be participating in the forum. The Agenda of the forum will be; Setting up an Education Deans’ forum basing on reflections on comparative examples of Deans’forums internationally, Implications for National Deans of Education Forum in Universities in Kenya, Implications for establishing a National Professional Educators Association in Kenya, Aiming towards a synthesis of mandates, processes, and strategies for establishing the requisite structures and, a way forward of the Dean of Education formation of the National Educators Professional Forum. The workshop will be graced by national and international facilitators.
