University of Eldoret Postgraduate Application Procedure

Postgraduate Diploma
  1. Print three (3) copies of application forms;
  2. Attach:
    • Certified copy of undergraduate degree certificate
    • Certified copies of transcripts
    • Certified copy of form 4 certificate
    • Certified copy of national ID or passport
    • 3 Passport size photos
  3. Print two (2) copies of recommendation forms to be completed by your preferred referees and submitted to the Director Board of Postgraduate Office under confidential cover along-side the application forms;
Masters Degreee
  1. Print three (3) copies of application forms;
  2. Attach:
    • Certified copy of undergraduate degree certificate
    • Certified copies of transcripts
    • Certified copy of form 4 certificate
    • Certified copy of national ID or passport
    • 3 Passport size photos
  3. Print two (2) copies of recommendation forms to be completed by your preferred referees and submitted to the Director Board of Postgraduate Office under confidential cover along-side the application forms;
PHD
  1. Print three (3) copies of application forms;
  2. Attach:
    • Certified copy of undergraduate degree certificate
    • Certified copy of masters degree certificate
    • Certified copies of transcripts both bachelors and masters degrees
    • Certified copy of form 4 certificate or A level certificate
    • Certified copy of National ID or passport
    • 3 Passport size photos
    • Concept Note in the general area of specialization
  3. Print two (2) copies of recommendation forms to be completed by your preferred referees and submitted to the Director Board of Postgraduate Office under confidential cover along-side the application forms;

Pay application fee of KES2,000.00 in UOE cash office or deposit the amount into the University Bank A/C and present receipt together with the application forms.
