Trendhim Talent Scholarship 2019
The $2,300 Trendhim Talent Scholarship was created to empower and support students that have a passion for business, design, marketing and IT and would like to pursue a career in any of the below fields or start their own business.
THE PURPOSE OF THE SCHOLARSHIP
Trendhim is a company that has always supported young talent. We believe that encouraging students and their dreams is key to the future development of e-commerce, and we are excited to inspire up-and-coming stars.
WHO CAN APPLY?
In order to apply, students must be enrolled or accepted to undergraduate or postgraduate degree programs in the following fields:
- Business, Accounting or Finance
- Marketing and Management, Digital Marketing or Sales
- IT and Web Development
- Leadership and Organisation
- Entrepreneurship
- Fashion and Design
There are no age or nationality restrictions. Students from public, private and online Universities and Colleges are eligible. Ph.D. students may also apply for the Scholarship.
HOW MANY SCHOLARSHIPS DO WE OFFER?
The Trendhim Talent Scholarship will be offered to one winner. If there is more than one worthy applicant, Trendhim will select two winners and give them $1,000 each.
WHAT SHOULD THE SCHOLARSHIP COVER?
The Trendhim Talent Scholarship should be used to cover expenses related to your studies such as university fees and school materials, workshops, online courses, travel expenses, school trips, projects and study abroad experiences.
You may also use the scholarship for extracurricular online courses and personal development projects.
HOW DO I APPLY?
Each applicant must submit a motivational letter in which he/she gives information about themselves, their study programme and their future aspirations.
The letter has to convince us that he/she is the best candidate and inspires us to believe in their goals as well. At Trendhim, we love to see young students who have great dreams and aspirations – unleash your creativity!
Please note that the motivation letter should be written in English, and it should be at least one page long. Be sure to include your contact information (name, address, telephone).
Submit your motivational letter to csr@trendhim.com before December 1, 2019.
WHEN IS THE DEADLINE?
The application deadline is December 1, 2019.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE DEADLINE
Trendhim will select the most talented student among all applicants and will reward them with the scholarship. This process can take up to 4 weeks. The winners will be contacted through email or by phone, and they will receive the reward through bank transfer.
Each student will receive notification whether they win or not.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- No application fee required.
- The scholarship will be dispersed directly to the student.
- Employees, affiliates and the immediate family members of Trendhim are not eligible.
- Trendhim reserves the right to withhold disbursement if no applicant meets the academic or application requirements.
- All items required for submission must be submitted at the same time and in English. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
- Trendhim is devoted to protecting the privacy of your personal information. This includes the acquisition, storage, use, access, and disposal of all student data obtained during the application process. This data will only be used for reviewing applications and selecting winners and never for commercial purposes.
- Please note that the sole goal of this scholarship is to support students and not to promote Trendhim products.
