Teacher Education Programs
As an institution of Teacher Education, Teachers College Kenya offers Agriculture, English, Kiswahili, French, German, Arabic, Business Studies, Art & Design, Music, IRE (Islamic Religious Education) and Computer Studies in order to adequately equip the graduates to take up their rightful place in teaching and national development. Furthermore, Education and Physical Education are offered as compulsory subjects for all students. Together with these subjects, the following support subjects are offered: Communication Skills, Environmental Education, Guidance and Counseling, General Workshop Course, Library Science, Entrepreneurship and Information Communication Technology (ICT)
