Here are the contents of a circular from the Education Ministry on the Kenya Science and Engineering Fair(KSEF) National workshop for teachers. The circular is dated January:
“The Director of Field Co-ordination and Co-curricular Activities has organized the Kenya Science and Engineering Fair(KSEF) National workshop as per the approved Calendar of Events for the year.
It is a two (2) day workshop and the reporting day will be on Thursday 16h January at 5.00 p.m.
The Ministry budget will cater for full board accommodation and transport refund for all the participants.

The Kenya Science and Engineering Fair Regional Chairpersons will assist in the identification of the participants.
The main agenda will be the sensitization on coding and programming of robots since robotics competitions are being introduced as Kenya Science Engineering Fair 13th category in the Non-STEM
Schools.
The STEM schools held their inaugural competition in the year 2019.
The allocation of the eighty-seven (87) participants is as follows:-
Once sensitized the participants will be expected to cascade the information to other teachers during the Kenya Science and Engineering Fair County and Sub-County workshops.
The purpose of this letter is to request your assistance in seeking the release of the identified participants from your region.”
