You have probably received a text message or an email from the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Board (KUCCPS) notifying you about your admission to KCA University for your preferred course.

The programme you have been admitted into is designed to take Four academic years consisting of Two semesters each and will be offered at the Main Campus, Ruaraka, in Nairobi. Find additional information below…
Admission package
Once accepted into the degree of your choice, you will receive an admission package through the email you used in the KUCCPS registration. To confirm your admission kindly fill and return the forms in the admission package to the Enrollment office at the main campus, Ruaraka or Kisumu Campus (Mega Plaza). Remember to carry the original documents and copies as requested in the admission letter.

HELB Loan applications
Students enrolled to KCAU through KUCCPS are eligible for HELB loans. Application for Fresh Undergraduate Application 2018/2019 will be open in August 2018. You will receive a reminder from KCAU to once the application process is open. To apply, you will visit the HELB website and follow the instructions shown here. Transfer to KCA University
Was KCAU your preferred university but you were admitted into a different institution? You can transfer to KCAU into any programme shown here. To apply, students need to log into students.kuccps.net and follow the instructions. For assistance contact the Dean, Enrollment Management and Student Affairs, Justus Mutia mutia@kca.ac.ke
Change your course
Would you like to change to a different degree from what you were admitted into? Confirm that your preferred course is available here. Next, confirm your admission by filling and returning the forms in the admission package to the Enrollment office at the main campus, Ruaraka or Kisumu Campus (Mega Plaza) on the reporting date as indicated in your admission letter. Submit your change of programme form to the Registrar on the same day. For assistance send an email tocallcentre@kca.ac.ke
