INVESCO Assurance Company Limited was formed on 12th September 1997. The company was placed under Statutory Management on 28th February 2008 and after intense restructuring, it emerged from Statutory Management on 18th Jan 2010.
The company is licensed to transact all lines of general insurance business. INVESCO Assurance has its headquarters in Nairobi and 27 Branches countrywide.
INVESCO is proud of its leadership in providing PSV insurance solutions to a countrywide customer base. INVESCO has spent a considerable time analyzing and gaining insight into new vertical markets and is developing new products tailored towards meeting the dynamic needs of specific clients.
