In our quest to keep building this winning team, we are looking to fill the following roles:

  1. Database Administrator

       Job Summary:

  • Administration, Performance tuning, Capacity planning, management and support of the Enterprise Database (DB) Systems.
  • Database design, administration, Maintenance and support lifecycle for development, test and production environments
  • Supporting the development, system test, user acceptance, training and production database environments
  • Administer all database projects, including tables, clusters, indexes, views, sequences, packages & procedures
  • Maintain database security, integrity and computing resources to comply with Companies standards
  • Performs the capacity planning required to create and maintain the databases, undertake performance tuning of databases
  • Monitoring the performance of the database system and implementing or recommending the required changes to increase the performance and maximum uptime.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
  • Three (3) years’ experience
  • A good knowledge of physical database design
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server Systems, and MySQL Administration.
  • Experience of linking disconnected data sets to meet business requirements
  • Proven experience on data warehouse management & ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes.
  • Certification –MCSE, MCSA Certifications on MS-SQL
  • Working knowledge of Linux
  • Good communication skills (Oral & Written)

        2. Assistant Systems Administrator

        Job summary:

  • Assist in systems planning, deployment, monitoring and administration of ICEA LION Windows, VMware, Linux, and Storage systems.  
  • Software and hardware installations, system configuration, backups, system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, configuration management and documentation.
  • Provide support for server hardware and operating system software, enterprise storage systems.
  • Administering, Configuring and troubleshooting Enterprise Unified Threat Management System
  • Administering, Configuring and troubleshooting Cloud E-Mail Systems, databases systems such as Microsoft SQL
  • Operation of backup tools and testing of disk and data recovery
  • Capacity planning for servers, storage and related component to ensure business needs are met within agreed Operation Level Agreement

Key Requirements:

  • BSc Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • MCSA / MCSE Certification.
  • Networking Skills – N+, CCNA
  • Computer Hardware Skills – A+ Certification
  • Certification in Linux, VMware
  • 3+ years’ experience in infrastructure support in an environment with mixed Windows and Linux server environment.
  • Strong oral, written, interpersonal communication skills

        3.Assistant Manager, Learning & Development

        Job Summary:

  • Develop and implement the company’s training strategy based on the corporate strategy and changing business needs.
  • Ensure the full training cycle is executed starting from assessing training needs, formulating training plans, and implementation to post training evaluation.
  • Identify and co-ordinate design of training programs to meet developmental needs.
  • Work with line management and departmental heads in developing and maintaining a comprehensive skills and competency framework.
  • Develop and manage the training budget
  • Design, develop and implement evaluation systems to track ROI for all training interventions.
  • Manage the e-learning platform
  • Develop and establish a coaching and mentoring culture in the company.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences, human resources or any other related field
  • At least five (5) years’ experience within learning and development function in a busy environment.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High level interpersonal and cross-cultural skills,
  • Strong expertise in strategic management project planning and budgeting, resource management, implementation as well as monitoring and evaluation.
  • Ability to coach and train.

        4.Software Developer

        Job Summary:

  • Design, modification, development, documentation and implementation of core operation applications as well as supporting components.
  • The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to drive software development projects leveraging leading edge technologies and execute innovative development projects.
  • As a Software developer you will design and develop state-of-the-art mobile, web, and desktop applications across multiple platforms and devices.
  • You will be expected to define and develop innovative technical solutions, and work with business & development teams to ensure these solutions have a significant impact.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in ICT, Computer Science related discipline from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of (2) years of experience in a busy systems development environment
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) Certification
  • With technical skills in the following: Programming skills including: responsive ASP.NET, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript; C#/VB.NET.
  • Strong practical understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts
  • Excellent knowledge of MS SQL Server
  • Experience in Test Driven Development
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage own time with changing priorities
  • A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a willingness to go the extra mile to assist other team members
  • High level interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, including ability to build alliances and collaborative relationships with sensitivity to diversity.

         5. (Dot) . Net Software Developer

         Job Summary:

  • The Lead Systems Developer will be responsible for the design and development of a core operations web application and related solutions. The resource will work on major projects providing subject matter expertise and technical direction with a specific focus on core operations application development.
  • The Lead Systems Developer will work closely with customers, business analysts and software developers’ team members to understand the business requirements and translate them to design for quality technical solutions.
  • The person will work with a team of experienced analysts, developers and business resources to build a highly robust and stable enterprise system that increases staff productivity.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in ICT, Computer Science related discipline from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of (3) years of experience in a technical leadership position
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) Certification
  • With technical skills in the following: Programming skills including: responsive ASP.NET, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript; C#/VB.NET.
  • Strong leadership and skills to foster teamwork; develop and motivate staff, resolve conflicts as well as ability to provide direction, guidance, momentum and vision in order to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills including ability to develop proposals, concept papers, position papers as well as write reports and prepare relevant publications.
  • High level interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, including ability to build alliances and collaborative relationships.
  • Strong expertise in project planning and budgeting, resource management, implementation as well as monitoring and evaluation
